How we pick
We show you what goes into each pick, how we check the figures and how partner payments affect the order.
What we read
For every product, we read the brand's Supplement Facts label, order page, return policy and contact pages. We also read the BuyGoods checkout when we have a checkout link.
Each page lists its sources and the date we read them.
We compare prices per bottle on the six-bottle bundle. Price per day uses the days a bottle lasts, as the store counts them.
How we score
Every card shows a number out of 10, labeled "9.9 out of 10, our score". Four parts make up the score.
| What the product earns us per click, after refundsThis is the largest part of the score. | 44% |
|---|---|
| Price per day on the six-bottle bundle | 22% |
| Length of the money-back guarantee | 17% |
| Order terms: one-time payment, a published label, shipping | 17% |
The order on a page follows the score. A higher place always shows a higher score.
How readers respond to each pick will count for 10% once enough readers have seen a page. Until then, it counts for nothing.
What we leave out
We never list a product whose brand forbids search traffic or review pages.
How pages are made
AI tools draft our pages from the sources listed on each page. Every figure is checked automatically against those sources before a page goes up.
Nobody at HowNook tried the products.
A supplement is not a medicine. Keep taking what you were prescribed, and ask a clinician before adding anything new.
What the date means
A page shows the date its content last changed. We move that date only when the content changes.
How we make money
HowNook is an advertising-supported publisher. What a product earns us per click, after refunds, accounts for 44% of its score.
Partners pay us when you buy through our links. That can affect which products we feature and where they appear.
